TooThought! Voice Recognition

Starting with TooThought! 3.0, Text-to-Speech and Voice Recognition capabilities has been added to the program.

With Text-to-Speech, TooThought! is able to talk to You during game play. Note that TooThought! speaking is through voice syntesis and not by preconfigured sound files (for example .WAV files). This means a grater flexibility, allowing TooThought! to speak also text phrase with a dynamic content (for example the player's name). Using Windows Control Panel, You can change the voice to be used for speak.
With Voice Recognition, You can control TooThought! by voice instead of using keyboard and mouse. To do that, You need to have a microphone connected to You computer.

I have in plan to gradually exend the list of understood commands that, at this moment, are those described in the following list, where:

a "?" symbol in front of a word means that the word is optional
a "..." acts like a wildcard, that is an arbitrary sentence can be spoken withou change the meaning of the phrase
two or more words enclosed in "[" and "]" means that suchs words are alternative, that is the user can speak any of them without change the meaning of the phrase
the words in bold are those strictly required by TooThought! to understands the corresponding command
